As you get older it is vital that you stay as fit and healthy as possible to help ward off many nasty age related conditions (eg. Osteoporosis, Alzheimers, Diabetes, Cardiac Complications, Loss of Physical Function).

This program is an innovating and fun way to enhance older adult participation in resistance activity at a low to moderate intensity. Our aim is to provide personal attention in a small group in an affordable, high quality fitness program. Our accredited staff are experienced in the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation chronic disease management, and are passionate about working with older adults. Exercise programs are individually prescribed and are suitable for all individuals, easy to commence and provide variation and progression.
