ASPIRE FITNESS & REHABILITATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Each member must complete the Aspire Fitness & Rehabilitation (AFR) Medical Questionnaire and waiver annually.
If a member has any change in health or medical classification it is the responsibility of the member participant to inform the Fitness Manager and Trainer prior to commencing any training session. An updated Medical Questionnaire may be required.
At the discretion of the Fitness Manager a Medical Clearance Form may need to be signed by a member’s Doctor that they are fit to undertake the specific training activities covered by their membership.
PERSONAL TRAINING AND GROUP TRAINING
The member has been advised of group and personal training rates and a copy of the Aspire pricing schedule is attached to this agreement. The fee for membership pass must be paid prior to commencing training. There are no other administrative fees payable by members under this agreement other than those set out in the attached pricing guide.
The member has had the opportunity to obtain information about Aspire services by reference to the detailed group session and personal training information outlined on the website www.aspirefitnessrehab.com.au.
Six (6) month group training pass allows members to attend non-private Group Training sessions and Aspire Fight Club as per the current training schedule and includes Super Saturday Train Valid for six (6) months from purchase date. The terms of this agreement remain in force in the event a member purchases further training packs following their initial purchase however this is not an ongoing agreement for greater than 12 months and therefore a further copy of the Terms & Conditions and membership agreement must be completed annually together with the Medical Questionnaire and Waiver document. As this membership is at a reduced rate it cannot be suspended during the term of the membership except for medical reasons under the conditions as set out in these terms and conditions.
Super Saturday Training pass allows members to attend four (4) consecutive Saturday group training sessions from the purchase date.
Aspire Tryout Pass allows members to attend three (3) group training sessions which must be completed within one month of purchase date.
One (1) week Group Training is valid for one (1) week from purchase date.
One (1) month Group Training is valid for one (1) month from purchase date.
Three (3) month Group Training is valid for three (3) months from purchase date.
10 Pack Group Training valid for 12 weeks from purchase date.
10 Group Training PT clients only. Purchased in conjunction with a PT Package valid for 12 weeks from purchase date
If you are provided by with a Free 7 day Group Training Pass (new members/customers only) by an Aspire staff member this pass is valid for 7 consecutive days, beginning on your first group session. Limited to one pass per person.
Aspire Fight Club Pass is valid for 10 weeks and excludes non-private and Group Training sessions as per the current training schedule.
Group training memberships as set out in this document are timed memberships and cannot be suspended or terminated except in accordance with the specific agreed suspension or termination circumstances outlined in this document.
PT Cancellation Policy. A cancellation fee may apply if Personal Training is cancelled within 6 hours of the session. The cancellation fee of 50% of the session at the trainer’s discretion. No fee will apply if the session can be rebooked within 3 days, dependant on the trainer’s availability.

This agreement is subject to a ‘cooling-off’ period which ends 48 hours from the date the member signs this document. If a member wishes to cancel membership they must write to Aspire and inform them before the end of the cooling-off period.
Members have a right to terminate this agreement before the end of the membership period in the event of permanent sickness or physical incapacity. To terminate under these circumstances members are required to write to Aspire advising of their permanent sickness or incapacity and provide a medical certificate from your Doctor confirming same. Within seven (7) days of receipt of that advice and report Aspire will refund to the member the balance of their membership fee as yet unused. It is agreed that the cost of group fitness training memberships are calculated on the use of 3 sessions per week on average and that this formula will be used to calculate the remaining unused portion of the membership fee to be paid back to the member on permanent sickness or incapacity.
Members have a right to request to suspend their membership under this agreement before the end of the membership period in the event of serious illness or physical injury. To suspend under these circumstances members are required to write to Aspire advising of their serious illness or injury and provide Aspire with a medical certificate from their Doctor confirming same. This suspension cannot be done retrospectively and any suspension can only occur from the date of receipt of the members’ written request and accompanying medical report. It is entirely at the discretion of the Fitness manager as to whether that membership will be suspended.
Aspire Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse any membership at any time including after commencement date at their discretion. Within seven (7) days of a decision by Aspire Management in that regard Aspire will refund to the member the balance of their membership fee as yet unused. It is agreed that the cost of group fitness training memberships are calculated on the use of 3 sessions per week on average and that this formula will be used to calculate the remaining unused portion of the membership fee to be paid back to the member.
