Have you ever thought about taking on a 5km, 10kn, half or full marathon run? 

Aspire Running Programs are designed to prepare you physically & mentally for your next running event.

These training programs have been purpose-built by the Aspire Fitness & Rehabilitation Exercise Physiology team. These goal specific programs are designed for your chosen distance (5km, 10km, half and full marathon) ensuring you are fully prepared to take on your running event challenge.

TRAINING PROGRAMS:

5km & 10km distance 10 Weeks – $149

Half & Full Marathon 16 Weeks
 – $249
