Can I cancel or suspend my membership or extend my expiry period for membership?
If we agree that you have a legitimate reason for requesting a cancellation, suspension or extension of your membership expiry period then we can cancel or extend your membership. This means you will no longer have access to your sessions or program for the balance of your membership period. For members who have paid upfront: A pro-rata based refund will be issued if we agree your membership can be cancelled for medical or legitimate reasons.
Please note we do not transfer memberships or packs or sessions between participants.
If you wish to be considered for cancellation, suspension or extension, please provide details of your legitimate reason & accompanying medical certificate (if relevant).
